Meet Our Founder
Jyoti Meena, lovingly known as “The Fearless Bella,” is the Founder, CEO, and Trainer at Shine On Stage. With over 7 years of expertise as a sought-after communication coach, public speaking trainer, and award-winning speaker, she has transformed more than 500 learners across 10+ countries—turning hesitant speakers into confident, powerful communicators.
Crowned the “Best Public Speaking Trainer of 2024“, Jyoti has not only triumphed in numerous national and international speech contests but also taken center stage as a host, trainer, leader and keynote speaker at prestigious events. She proudly holds the titles of District Champion in the Evaluation Speech Contest 2023-24 and Division Champion in the International Speech Contest 2023-24.
